Job summary

IMAGE Skincare is seeking a Manager of Education & Content Strategy to lead the development, execution, and optimization of education programs and content for professional skincare partners, internal teams, and field sales. The role shapes the brand’s educational voice and ensures training materials elevate product knowledge and sales performance.

The leader collaborates with Marketing, Product Development, Sales, and International Education to deliver cohesive messaging and impactful learning

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed esthetician.
• 7+ years of experience in professional skincare, aesthetics, dermatology, or beauty education.
• Strong background in curriculum development, content strategy, and digital learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, execution, and optimization of education programs and content for professional skincare partners, internal teams, and field sales.
• Oversee curriculum, treatment protocols, certification programs, and sales-driven education assets.
• Create high-quality education content including presentations, videos, e-learning modules, manuals, and digital resources.
• Ensure content is scientifically accurate, brand-aligned, and accessible across learning styles and platforms.
