Job summary

BSG / CosmoProf Beauty is seeking a Skin Pro Advisor to drive skincare growth and deliver World Class customer service both in-store and virtually. You will educate professionals and consumers, promoting CosmoProf brands and leading skincare consultations.

This role emphasizes building relationships with estheticians, spas, and licensed cosmetologists, while maintaining merchandising standards and participating in events and brand activations.

Qualifications

• One year retail or sales experience required.
• Licensed cosmetologist/esthetician preferred.
• Reliable transportation and permissible travel to shows (≥3 times/year).
• Strong business acumen and ability to read and act on sales reports.
• Familiarity with POS, inventory, and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Grow skincare category and meet/exceed growth metrics.
• Provide optimal customer experience to drive retention and loyalty.
• Offer professional skincare consultations and product recommendations.
• Promote CosmoProf brands and participate in events and partnerships.
• Maintain merchandising standards and support store campaigns.
