Job summary

Skin Laundry in Santa Monica is seeking a Senior Sales Associate to lead by example on the sales floor, delivering a high‑quality client experience and driving daily sales and conversions. You will educate clients on products, memberships and treatments, support retention programs, and coach peers while ensuring smooth shift execution and operational excellence in a busy clinic.

This on-site role requires weekend availability, a full‑time schedule, and a willingness to cover additional clinics

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of retail, hospitality or service experience.
• Experience leading peers and coaching on the sales floor is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities
