Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive’s Skin Health group is seeking a Business Development Representative to promote PCA SKIN and EltaMD in a Chicago North territory. You will travel to engage accounts, train staff, and drive sales growth while managing key corporate accounts.

You’ll analyze data, build relationships with physicians and spa staff, and participate in promotions and events to maximize sales and territory potential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales and business development experience, preferably in aesthetic/medical/beauty industries.
• Ability to use CRM tools to track accounts and opportunities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle; willing to travel ~80–90% within territory.

Responsibilities

• Travel within territory to engage PCA SKIN and EltaMD accounts and grow sales.
• Analyze sales data and identify opportunities and trends.
• Build relationships with physicians, spa managers, estheticians and staff.
• Conduct product trainings and promotional events to drive sales.
• Support marketing by attending open houses and in-office events.
• Schedule monthly in-person visits and maintain territory coverage.
• Track activities, visits, and market conditions in CRM.
• Resolve customer issues by investigating problems and offering solutions.
• Prospect new accounts and re-engage former customers.
• Represent the brand at industry trade shows and conferences.
• Aim to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
