Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive Company is seeking a Business Development Representative for the Skin Health Group to promote PCA SKIN and EltaMD brands in a Los Angeles territory. This role requires travel up to 25% and represents the brand in professional settings with physicians, spa managers, and estheticians.

You will build relationships, conduct trainings and events, analyze sales data, plan account visits, and manage CRM activity to drive growth and hit monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales or business development, preferably in aesthetic, medical or beauty industry.
• Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• A valid driver’s license and reliable car; ability to travel 80–90% of the time.
• Strong presentation, selling and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and/or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Travel within territory to engage EltaMD and PCA SKIN accounts to grow business.
• Analyze sales data and identify opportunities and trends.
• Build relationships with physicians, spa managers, estheticians, and staff.
• Conduct product trainings and promotional events to drive sales.
• Support marketing efforts with open houses and in-office events.
• Schedule monthly in-person account visits to cover the territory.
• Track activities and CRM data for accounts and market conditions.
• Prospect new accounts and re-engage former accounts.
• Represent the brand at trade shows and professional conferences.
• Aim to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
