FACE FOUNDRIÉ Indianapolis is seeking a Skin Expert (Esthetician) to perform facial services, brows, lashes, and waxing while ensuring State Board compliance and precise recordkeeping.

You will deliver outstanding guest service, meet service and product goals, and follow FACE FOUNDRIÉ guidelines. Requires active esthetics or cosmetology license, 18+ years old, and the ability to work collaboratively.

Qualifications

• Active Esthetics or Cosmetology license required.
• Experience with dermaplaning, Hydradermabrasion, chemical peels, waxing.
• Excellent customer service and ability to work in a team.
• Must be 18+ and comply with State Board requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all guests at all times.
• Perform facials and services (dermaplaning, Hydradermabrasion, chemical peels, brow/lash work).
• Explain, recommend, and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Maintain safety and hygiene procedures and ensure board compliance.
• Assist in in-store operations and maintain store standards.
• Accurately follow timekeeping procedures and participate in trainings.
