Job summary

Volunteers of America Northern Rockies seeks a Skills Trainer to provide one-on-one and group skills training and supervision according to each client's treatment plan. You will maintain case records and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team within a residential care setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of training/experience in adult education or related field.
• CPR/First Aid, Mental Health First Aid, MANDT certifications within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide skills training and supervision to clients per treatment plan.
• Maintain case records and coordinate with multidisciplinary team.
• Attend team and case staffing meetings as assigned.
• Perform in-home skills training visits and prepare materials for day treatment.
