University of Maryland Global Campus is seeking a senior leader to set the strategic direction for our skills ontology, translation framework, and skills-to-credit methodology. The role oversees cross-functional project plans across academic, technical, and partner workstreams, and leads faculty engagement and governance decisions for learning recognition.

A strong background in higher education and credit systems is required.

Qualificações

• Requires a Bachelor's degree; a related Master's is strongly preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressively responsible experience in higher education or related areas.
• Deep familiarity with skills taxonomies, competency frameworks, and faculty-governed credit recommendation.
