Qualifications

• Passed weld test through pre-employment test or internal weld program.
• Ability to start and run a welder.
• Ability to perform tasks at one station with minimal defects or guidance.
• Willingness to learn to change wire.

Responsibilities

• Heat and form metal parts and components using welding equipment; position material to be welded.
• Operate overhead crane to maneuver parts safely; adjust welding current as required.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and adhere to 6S standards.
• Train and work in various areas of production as needed.
