Job summary

McNeilus Truck and Manufacturing, Inc. in Dodge Center, MN is seeking Assemblers to join our production team. You will assemble parts, wires, hoses, and hydraulics onto products using safe tools and techniques to meet sales orders.

Starting pay ranges from $20.00 to $25.48 per hour, with a $2 per hour shift differential for 2nd shift. We offer medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement programs. High school diploma is not required for this role.

Qualifications

• Interpret and follow work instructions to perform tasks.
• Willingness to learn and train on new skills.
• Able to learn to operate a truck/transport equipment as needed.
• General reading of diagrams and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts, wires, hoses, and hydraulics onto products using proper tools.
• Troubleshoot basic electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical components.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area following 6S and safety procedures.
• Support corrective actions to ensure configuration aligns with sales orders.
