Job summary

McNeilus Truck and Manufacturing Inc. in Dodge Center, MN is seeking detail‑oriented assemblers to join our production team.

You will assemble parts, wires, hoses and hydraulics, install decals, lights and cameras, and follow safe, 6S compliant procedures. Starting pay is $20–$25.48/hour, with pay increases every 6 months based on performance, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), tuition reimbursement and a company bonus plan.

Qualifications

• Interpret and understand work instructions to effectively perform job tasks.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
• Able to operate trucks or transport between areas on site.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts, wires, hoses, and hydraulics onto products using safe tools and techniques.
• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical components with diagrams.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and adhere to 6S standards.
• Assist in identifying and implementing corrective actions to resolve defects.
