A strong emphasis on safety and teamwork is essential. The role requires 2–5 years of welding experience and the ability to pass a 3G flux core weld test, along with proficiency in operating welding equipment, forklifts, hoists, and rigging gear.

Qualifications

• Requires 2–5 years of welding experience.
• Must be able to complete a 3G.052 flux core welding test.
• Ability to operate a variety of small hand and power tools.

Responsabilités

• Weld components in flat, vertical and overhead positions.
• Complete layouts, position, align, and secure parts and assemblies using straightedges, squares, level and rulers.
• Clamp, hold, tack-weld, heat, bend, grind or bolt components to obtain required configurations and positions for welding.
• Operate a variety of small hand and power tools.
• Concentrate on a task over a period of time without distraction.
• Understand safety rules and operate machinery safely.
