Job summary

MitchellChamber is seeking a skilled Welder and CNC/Plasma Table Operator in South Dakota to fabricate and assemble metal parts. The role requires strong metalworking knowledge, attention to detail, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate should possess expertise in MIG and TIG welding, CNC programming, and have at least 2 years of experience. The position involves working Monday to Friday with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Must have plasma computer experience.
• Minimum 2 years of welding and CNC/plasma table experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding on metal components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment.
• Operate CNC and plasma cutting tables for precision cutting.
• Program CNC machines and monitor cutting processes.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Handle and move heavy materials safely.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
