Multi Fittings in Garland, TX is seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator to support a fast-paced warehouse. This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork while utilizing RF technology to ensure efficient order fulfillment.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts, loading/unloading trucks, conducting cycle counts, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Candidates should have a High school diploma and RF experience; benefit from a supportive team and ongoing safety training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred.
• Reach forklift experience is an asset.
• Ability to use RF scanners (training available).
• Lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklift equipment and report malfunctions.
• Pick, stack, wrap, and stage outbound freight.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Follow FIFO principles and RF processes.
• Receive, locate, and replenish stock using RF technology.
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards.
• Meet productivity, quality, and safety targets.
• Report unsafe or hazardous conditions promptly.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Perform other warehouse tasks as needed.
