Job summary

AdvisaCare in Lansing, MI is seeking Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses for skilled visits. Join a team delivering one-on-one home health, private duty and hospice care, focused on building personalized care plans in patients' familiar surroundings.

Per-diem, part-time, and full-time positions are available with flexible scheduling. You will manage records, perform patient assessments, travel within the service area, and work independently while upholding infection control standards

Qualifications

• Must hold current MI nursing license.
• Proven nursing experience required.
• CPR certification required.
• Willingness to travel within service area.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage records, complete necessary paperwork, and perform patient assessments.
• Work independently and in a team on patient care.
• Participate in training and transition of patients from facility to home.
• Comply with safety and infection control policies and standards.
• Perform duties in a courteous, customer-focused manner.
