AdvisaCare is seeking skilled Registered Nurses to provide private duty, skilled, and hospice care in Lansing, MI and surrounding areas. Per-diem, part-time, and full-time roles with flexible scheduling and opportunities to build close relationships with patients in their homes.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, independent work, and transitioning care from hospital to home with adherence to safety protocols.

Formación

• Current MI Nursing License is required.
• Proven Nursing Experience.
• Familiarity with professional and technical emerging knowledge.
• Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel within the service area.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.

Responsabilidades

• Manage records, complete paperwork, and perform patient assessments.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Participate in training and transition of patients from facility to home.
• Comply with safety and infection-control standards.
• Deliver courteous, patient-centered care in line with AdvisaCare standards.
