Job summary

Keel is seeking a proactive Temporary Talent Sourcer to support manufacturing and skilled trades hiring. You will identify, engage, and build candidate pipelines for production, fabrication, and technical roles in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires sourcing experience for hourly and salaried trades positions, collaboration with recruiters, and strong communication to ensure a positive candidate experience. Onsite assignment with potential for ongoing partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting or sourcing talent.
• Proven ability to engage candidates and build pipelines.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting for skilled trades preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage qualified candidates for hourly and salaried manufacturing positions.
• Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and networks.
• Conduct initial outreach and screening to assess qualifications and fit.
• Build and maintain active talent pipelines for skilled trades roles.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers on workforce needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and report on pipeline metrics.
• Support recruitment events and partnerships with trade schools.
