Quanex is seeking a Recruiter for a 90-day temporary assignment to support our Talent Acquisition team across multiple US manufacturing plants, sourcing, attracting, and scheduling hourly candidates.

You will partner with hiring managers, HR, and TA colleagues to understand staffing needs, develop targeted recruitment strategies, and maintain a robust candidate pipeline. This role emphasizes strong communication and organizational skills to keep candidates informed throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a recruiter in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with ATS and social media recruiting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Source, attract, and schedule hourly candidates for Quanex's manufacturing plants.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to understand staffing needs.
• Develop recruitment strategies to build a robust candidate pipeline.
