Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruiting to build a pipeline of craftworkers.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using standardized assessments, virtually and in person.
• Fill client orders by matching craftworkers with safety and skill records to project needs.
• Maintain candidate records and lead lists, tracking skills and availability.
• Drive craftworker retention through ongoing engagement and relationship-building.
• Partner with Account Executives to align availability with client demand and orders.
• Monitor timelines and assignments, providing proactive updates on availability and end dates.
• Ensure safety qualifications and training records are up to date.
• Provide inside sales and client-facing support as needed.

Tradesmen International is hiring a Skilled Trades Recruiter (internally, Project Coordinator) to lead full-cycle recruiting for our skilled craftworker pipeline. In this role, you'll source, screen, and place skilled tradespeople with our construction clients — working closely with our Account Executives to make sure every order is filled with the right person, fast.

What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruiting to build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified craftworkers
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using standardized assessments, both virtually and in person
• Fill client orders by matching craftworkers with proven safety and skill records to project needs
• Maintain accurate candidate records and lead lists to track skillsets, interests, and availability
• Drive craftworker retention through ongoing engagement, relationship-building, and utilization strategies
• Partner closely with Account Executives to align craftworker availability with client demand and support order fulfillment
• Monitor project timelines and craftworker assignments, providing proactive updates on availability and project end-dates
• Ensure all candidates meet safety qualifications and maintain accurate safety and training records
• Provide inside sales and client-facing support as needed

What You Bring

• Previous recruiting experience required; background in staffing, HR, or client/customer relations preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with iCIMS or another ATS a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Comfortable using data to guide decisions and drive results
• Construction industry knowledge a plus, but not required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
• Regular and predictable attendance required – this is an in-office position

The salary for this position is $58,000. Employees in this position may also, in some circumstances, be eligible for bonus payments on top of the salary payments described above provided the employee meets the requirements of the applicable bonus plan.
