Qualifications

• Three years of skilled trade experience in plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, locksmith, masonry, painting, or welding.

Responsibilities

• Address daily maintenance work orders including repairs or minor construction.
• Repair or install furniture, fixtures, and fixtures like locks and plumbing.
• Operate and maintain electrical fixtures, lighting, and HVAC equipment.
• Inspect and maintain building systems, safety, and sanitary standards.
• Prepare surfaces for painting and perform painting/finishing tasks.
• Assist with room setups and moving items for maintenance projects.
• Provide emergency repair support as needed.
