Superior Skilled Trades is growing and seeking an experienced contract recruiter with strong VMS experience to support our skilled trades accounts. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role focused on national client fulfillment across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and submit qualified candidates for VMS-based client requisitions
Manage the full recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding
Navigate multiple vendor management systems (VMS) to track submittals, compliance, and performance metrics
Collaborate with internal teams and account managers to ensure quick, quality candidate delivery
Qualifications:
3+ years of recruiting experience, with proven success working in VMS environments (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline, Coupa, etc.)
Skilled trades or light industrial staffing background preferred
Strong multitasking skills—comfortable managing 20+ open requisitions at once
Experience using applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and job boards
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary: $55,000 – $65,000
Total compensation potential: $80,000 – $110,000+ (base + commission)
