Job summary

nVent is expanding its Solon manufacturing team and seeking skilled maintenance technicians, tool & die makers, CNC operators, and press operators. These roles offer hands-on work across multiple shifts, with emphasis on safety, quality, and problem solving in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance.
• Experience with CNC or automated manufacturing equipment is a plus.
• Ability to read electrical, mechanical, hydraulic or pneumatic schematics.
• Willingness to work across multiple shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Read schematics and diagnose equipment breakdowns.
• Support tooling, die maintenance and stamping operations.
• Ensure safety and quality in production environments.
