Job summary

nVent is seeking a Manufacturing Operator in Solon, OH to set up, operate, and maintain progressive die press machines and related tooling. You will follow blueprints and work instructions, move materials with pallet jacks or cranes, and ensure parts meet quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Heavy lifting is required and experience with lift trucks and brazing equipment is helpful. Safety, teamwork, and attention to detail are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints and order sheets.
• Operate and maintain automatic/multi-slide equipment safely.
• Follow work instructions and keep work area clean and organized.
• Use hand and power tools as required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain progressive die press and related equipment.
• Move materials using pallet jack or crane; assist in routine maintenance.
• Produce quality parts per blueprint specifications and procedures.
• Support safety and quality programs and document results.
