Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with floor/restroom care and maintenance preferred.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds and work from ladders/scaffolding.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial and preventive maintenance in all district locations.
• Clean woodwork, walls, furniture, and windows with approved products.
• Mop, scrub, wax, vacuum, and spot-clean carpets and floors.
• Operate small equipment and hand tools safely and effectively.
• Follow directions from Head Custodian or Administrator and report issues.
