Qualifications

• Able to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 35 pounds) long distances.
• Must have valid Georgia driver’s license with endorsements where required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise custodial personnel and coordinate care of the facility.
• Train custodial staff in cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate and perform custodial and preventative maintenance in all areas of the District.
• Maintain woodwork, walls, furniture, and windows with approved products.
• Inspect facilities to ensure cleanliness and safety; report issues.
• Respond to safety or operational concerns to maintain a safe school environment.
