Job summary

The Brock Group Inc. is seeking a Scaffold Builder to join our North America operations. This role involves building, demobilizing, staging and modifying scaffold components on job sites, with emphasis on safety and compliance.

You will work in our Aurora, NC location, supporting day-to-day scaffold activities, material handling, and adherence to project specifications. The position requires physical readiness for climbing, lifting and outdoor work in varying conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience with scaffolding and safety standards.
• Ability to read manufacturer specifications and follow SOPs.
• Must pass site orientation and safety trainings.

Responsibilities

• Promote Brock’s safety culture in all tasks.
• Comply with manufacturer’s specifications and Brock requirements.
• Follow all safety requirements from Brock, contractors and government.
• Identify scaffolding type to be used (frame, tube & clamp, system).
• Sort and organize materials for jobs and projects.
• Place and receive material orders.
• Complete safety paperwork (e.g., FLRAs, Sharp Cards).
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
