Job summary

The Brock Group Inc. is seeking an E&D Builder to lead a 2-3 person crew in setting up and dismantling scaffold, swing stage, or mast climber to provide access on building projects.

You will work under Branch Manager guidance, following OSHA standards and company policies. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; some weekend work may be required. Strong work ethic and safety awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of scaffold building experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Active state driver's license and basic tool knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to erect, dismantle, and move scaffold, swing stages, and mast climbers.
• Set scaffold base, anchors, braces, guardrails, and other components using hand and power tools.
• Mobilize scaffold and equipment between ground and erection locations.
• Assist drivers with loading and off-loading materials.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping on projects and yard.
