West Shore Home in Salisbury, MD is seeking a Residential Remodeler to join our field team. You will load materials at the warehouse, travel to customers, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and ensure neat, professional results.

The role requires carpentry and remodeling experience or strong willingness to learn, with a valid driver’s license and access to a smartphone for company systems. Expect early start times and hands-on, customer-focused work.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing - or a hunger to learn!
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device to log into company systems using two-factor authentication

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse
