West Shore Home in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Residential Remodeler to join our team. You will load materials, travel to homes, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and ensure a clean, courteous job site while collecting paperwork and payments.

Prior carpentry/remodeling experience is valued; a valid driver’s license is required and a smartphone is necessary for logging into company systems. Competitive pay and benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing – or a hunger to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Must have a valid smartphone or smart device to log into company systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
