Job summary

West Shore Home in Salisbury, MD is seeking a Residential Remodeler to join our technology-driven home improvement team. You will assist in safe installations, load materials, travel to jobs, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and ensure a clean, high‑quality finish for each project.

Hours are Monday to Friday, starting at 6:30 AM. Compensation ranges from $17 to $20 per hour, with benefits including health insurance, a 401(k) with company match, PTO, paid holidays, and ongoing

Qualifications

Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction - or a hunger to learn.
Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Load materials and trucks at the warehouse by 6:30 AM.
Travel to customer’s home, greet the customer, and establish rapport.
Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim.
Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
