Job summary

Sphere Renewables is seeking a detail-oriented production worker to assemble fiberglass and plastic parts to exact specifications. You will safely operate hand and overhead tools, follow diagrams and instructions, and perform quality checks throughout production.

Responsibilities include loading shipments, organizing inventory, and maintaining safety and quality standards. This role emphasizes teamwork, continuous improvement, and reliable attendance in a Colorado facility.

Responsibilities

• Assemble fiberglass and plastic parts to product specifications.
• Safely operate hand tools and overhead/rotating equipment.
• Work from layouts, schematics, and assembly instructions.
• Perform quality checks on in-progress and finished assemblies.
• Load assemblies onto shipping racks and organize stock at workstation.
• Inspect products for defects and maintain safety/quality standards.
