Job summary

Sphere Renewables is seeking a detail-oriented production worker to assemble fiberglass and plastic parts to exact specifications. You will safely operate hand and overhead tools, follow diagrams and instructions, and perform quality checks throughout production.

Responsibilities include loading shipments, organizing inventory, and maintaining safety and quality standards. This role emphasizes teamwork, continuous improvement, and reliable attendance in a Colorado facility.

Job description

Overall goal: To support the production line/process by being a safe and productive employee and aiding in the production and shipping of Sphere Renewable products.

Role Objectives:

• To assemble to product specifications
• To execute the company policy
• To ensure full compliance with legal OSHA and ISO requirements

Duties and responsibilities

Production

• Perform a variety of tasks to accurately assemble fiberglass and plastic assemblies and subassemblies.
• Safely operate hand tools required to assemble parts.
• Safely operate overhead and rotating equipment.
• Work from basic visual aids, layouts, diagrams, schematics, process flow sheets and written/verbal assembly instructions.
• Perform quality checks on work in progress and completed assemblies in accordance with quality specifications.
• Safely load assemblies onto shipping racks.
• Organizing stock and maintaining inventory at your workstation.
• Inspecting products for defects and damages.
• Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures and quality standards.
