BELFOR is seeking a skilled Painter to handle interior and exterior painting of structures. You will select materials, prep surfaces, and ensure high-quality finishes while observing safety guidelines.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED and 1+ years of professional painting experience; knowledge of commercial/construction painting techniques; ability to read blueprints and work under time constraints. Benefits include competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years experience as a professional painter.
• Knowledge of commercial/construction painting techniques.
• Construction/restoration or insurance industry experience preferred.
• Ability to work under time constraints and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints/instructions to determine work required.
• Prepare surfaces and area for painting, including scaffolding setup.
• Prepare walls by scraping, sanding, and tape-off areas.
• Fill cracks and holes; mix paint for color/texture.
• Paint surfaces with appropriate tools and apply finishes.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Assist with other projects as assigned.
