Action Property Management is seeking a skilled Painter to maintain and repair common areas in a luxury HOA environment. You will prepare surfaces, paint, and oversee safety and building systems to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Paint experience in luxury high-rise or hotel environments.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work in a team.
• HVAC knowledge and licensure are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial painting across common areas and assess surface prep needs.
• Prepare surfaces, caulk, patch, and repair as required.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors, and ensure safety and HOA compliance.
• Oversee daily building operations and preventive maintenance of systems.
