Responsibilities

• Inventory & Supply Management: Maintain inventory levels and conduct counts.
• Procurement & Ordering: Order supplies per budget and vendor contracts.
• Storage & Organization: Keep supplies clean, labeled, and properly stored.
• Distribution: Deliver supplies to units timely and maintain stock.
• Equipment Management: Track reusable equipment and coordinate maintenance.
• Infection Control & Safety: Follow infection prevention and control practices.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain records and assist with surveys.
• Staffing coordination: Prepare master nursing schedules and monitor staffing levels.
