Job summary

ClearView Healthcare Management is seeking a Staffing Coordinator/Central Supply Clerk for a long-term care facility. You will help schedule the Nursing Department and oversee central supply to keep stock levels ready for patient care.

Ideal candidates have CNA preferred, prior scheduling and central supply experience, and strong communication and Excel skills to coordinate staffing, overtime approvals, and supply replenishment with Nursing Administration.

Qualifications

• Experience scheduling in a healthcare setting.
• Experience with central supply and inventory management.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedules all nursing staff and prepares a weekly nursing schedule; notifies staff of changes.
• Receives calls and directs issues; notifies administration of conflicts or shortages.
• Obtains overtime or registry approvals from Nursing Director/Administrator.
• Adjusts schedules to accommodate illness, vacation, or PTO.
• Collaborates with Nursing Administration to ensure adequate staffing.
• Assists payroll with weekly nursing hours processing.
• Monitors daily supply areas and stocks required items.
• Fills requisitions for routine supplies and equipment per policy.
• Ensures emergency supplies are available and inventory is updated.
• Maintains organized, clean storage in compliance with regulations.
