Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently cook a variety of meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Prepare and portion food products before cooking and in final plating.
• Plate and garnish cooked items and provide appropriate garnishes for hot plates.
• Assist Dietary Manager in their absence to ensure accurate meal prep and delivery.
• Clean the kitchen before and after service and sanitize equipment.
• Manage inventory and assist with purchasing; rotate stock as needed.
• Develop recipes and ensure compliance with standardized menus.
• Handle last-minute requests for special events.
