Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is hiring a Cook for our facility in a Full-Time role. You will prepare and serve meals to patients, following dietary orders and Life Care standards while maintaining safety and quality.

This position operates on a Day Shift, Thursday through Sunday, from 5:30am to 3:30pm, with competitive hourly wages. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, restaurant or large-quantity cooking experience, and a team-oriented, patient-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in large quantity food preparation preferred.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals for patients according to dietary orders.
• Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety throughout shifts.
• Assist in stocking and inventory for meals and snacks.
• Demonstrate courtesy and professionalism with patients and staff.
