Responsibilities

• Clean food preparation areas, kitchen, dishes, and equipment.
• Clean other areas of facility as directed.
• Cook foods as directed and compliant with laws, rules, regulations, and facility policies.
• Coordinate activities with food service staff.
• Cut cooked or raw foods as directed.
• Prepare foods for cooking and serving.
• Serve food as directed.
• Stock ingredients and monitor inventory of food, beverages, and supplies.
• Ensure food served to residents aligns with orders or diet instructions.
• Communicate effectively with residents, visitors, families, staff, and supervisors.
