The Concierge is responsible for providing excellent hospitality and making a positive first impression on visitors. Duties include greeting potential residents and families, managing calls, taking messages, and supporting marketing efforts with community information.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• This is a full-time position with negotiable pay rate.
• Must have experience in a Skilled Nursing environment.
• Experience as a Medical Records Clerk or Concierge is required.
• Responsibilities include monitoring the Bistro area, administrative duties, and supporting community hospitality.
• Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, proven customer service experience, good judgment, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
