Job summary

PACS Group in San Francisco, CA is seeking a highly organized Central Supply Manager to oversee medical and general supply inventory across the facility. You will manage ordering, receiving, stocking, and distributing supplies, and work with nursing leadership to ensure timely availability of items.

The role requires strong data management, vendor relationships, and cost-conscious purchasing. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in central supply, inventory management, purchasing, or supply coordination in healthcare preferred.
• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility, hospital, or rehab setting is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory or ordering systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests and manage deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with facility departments.

Responsibilities

• Order, receive, and stock central supply items.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and organize supplies.
• Monitor PAR levels to prevent shortages and overstock.
• Coordinate with nursing leadership to ensure timely availability of items.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Process and track purchase orders and deliveries.
• Assist with audits and maintain records related to purchasing.
