City View Post Acute in San Francisco, CA, seeks a Central Supply Manager to oversee medical and general supply inventory, ensuring availability, accuracy, and cost-effective purchasing. The role collaborates with nursing leadership to support resident care and day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in central supply, inventory management, purchasing, materials management, or supply coordination in a healthcare or skilled nursing setting preferred.
• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Experience in healthcare environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Order, receive, organize, and stock central supply items.
• Maintain inventory records and ensure supplies are organized and accessible.
• Monitor inventory levels and establish PAR levels to prevent shortages or overstock.
• Communicate supply concerns to nursing and facility leadership.
• Distribute supplies to nursing units and other departments as needed.
• Maintain an organized central supply area and ensure proper storage.
