City View Post Acute is seeking an organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Central Supply Manager to oversee the facility’s medical and general supply inventory. This position plays an important role in ensuring that essential supplies are available, properly stocked, and distributed efficiently to support resident care and the day-to-day operations of the facility. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing inventory, purchasing, vendors, and supply costs in a skilled nursing environment.
The Central Supply Manager is responsible for managing the facility’s medical and general supply inventory, including ordering, receiving, stocking, tracking, and distributing supplies. This position works closely with nursing leadership and other departments to ensure adequate supply levels while supporting cost-effective purchasing and inventory management.
Education and/or Experience Prior experience in central supply, inventory management, purchasing, materials management, or supply coordination in a healthcare or skilled nursing setting preferred. CNA certification preferred but not required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility, hospital, rehabilitation center, or other healthcare environment is a plus. Familiarity with medical supplies and healthcare purchasing preferred. Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory or ordering systems. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple requests and manage deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with facility departments. Professional, dependable, and service-oriented approach.
