The role requires prior SNF BOM experience, strong Medicare/Medicaid billing knowledge, and proficiency with financial systems and Excel.

Qualifications

• Prior SNF BOM experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid billing and collections.
• Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage all business office functions including billing, AR/AP, and collections.
• Ensure accuracy in Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance billing.
• Oversee resident trust accounts, petty cash, and financial reconciliations.
• Collaborate with admissions, nursing, and home office billing to maintain census and compliance.
• Maintain confidentiality and operational excellence.
