Job summary

AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified Business Office Manager to organize and perform business office functions including accounting, personnel, bookkeeping, secretarial tasks, and medical records. The BOM will lead a team, ensuring accurate processes and timely billing for a skilled nursing facility.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least one year in a SNF business office with billing/collections and patient trust accounting. PCC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility business office setting with billing/collecting and patient trust accounting.
• Experience supervising a business office is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Organize and perform business office functions to include accounting, personnel, bookkeeping, secretarial, and medical records.
• Supervise and support a team within the business office to ensure accurate and compliant processes.
• Handle billing, collections, and patient trust accounting tasks with attention to accuracy and timeliness.
• Support corporate and benefit-related administrative functions as needed.
