Job summary

Marlborough Hills Rehabilitation & Health Care Center is hiring a full-time Business Office Manager to join our care team. The shift is Monday-Friday 8a-4p, salary up to $72,000 with weekly pay. Must have prior experience working in skilled nursing facilities.

The role oversees day-to-day accounting, billing and collections, census data and finance staff, ensuring compliance with long-term care cost reimbursement principles.

Qualifications

• Must possess an associate’s degree and two years of healthcare accounting training/experience.
• Experience in skilled nursing facilities is required.
• Knowledge of billing, collections, and cost reimbursement in long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee billing and collection of all resident accounts.
• Balance and update monthly closings.
• Discuss billing situations with residents or responsible parties.
• Maintain resident trusts and accurate census data.
• Maintain accurate records and reports; assist with payment sources.
• Oversee recruitment, interviewing and scheduling of finance staff; ensure staff competence.
