Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking an Admissions/Marketing Associate at our Gorham, ME community. You will manage outreach to skilled nursing and rehabilitation markets, screen eligibility, and handle admissions paperwork with residents and families.

Responsibilities include tours for referrals, follow-ups on inquiries, and daily reporting of admissions activity. You will collaborate with Sales & Marketing and Program Director to plan events that attract prospective residents and maintain strong

Qualifications

• Associated or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in Health Care industry preferably in Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation.
• Experience conducting outreach events to skilled nursing and rehab referral sources.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach geared towards skilled nursing and rehab market and other levels of care as requested.
• Screen potential admissions for eligibility.
• Handle admission paperwork with resident/family and process admissions.
• Schedule and conduct tours with prospective residents and referral sources.
• Respond to walk-ins, phone-ins, mail-ins timely and appropriately.
• Complete daily report for admissions activity including admissions, discharges, outreach.
• Maintain relationships with Sales and Marketing Team and Program Director.
• Organize events to attract prospective residents (seminars, speakers, themed events, family nights).
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with residents, families and care providers.
• Coordinate admissions/transfers across care levels.
