Job summary

Senior Lifestyle in Gorham, ME is seeking a sales/admissions professional to manage lead nurture, coordinate CRM access with communities via Yardi, and maintain real-time CRM updates. You will ensure timely lead follow-up and clear communication with the community team, driving pre-tour to post-tour progression.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong English communication, and a track record in quota-driven sales within senior living.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or one to two years’ experience and/or training, or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to build immediate relationships with new leads to provide a best-in-class customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all leads within 30 minutes or less by phone and complete follow-up per Lead Nurturing Schedule.
• Provision CRM access to communities and coordinate with Yardi team.
• Input completed and scheduled activities and notes into the CRM in live time.
• Keep community team informed about scheduled visits and communications with new leads.
• Advance pre-tour leads to post-tour leads via Lead Manager in the CRM.
• Report weekly activities and highlights to Regional Director of Operations, Regional Director of Sales, and Sales Specialist.
