The position demands ability to work overtime, shift techniques, and maintain clean work areas while meeting yield and time benchmarks. Prior band saw and meat production equipment experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Skilled meat cutter with knife experience and safety focus.
• Able to read customer specifications and perform basic math.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Trim and customize portions of meat products per specs.
• Count, stack, and label portions per requirements.
• Read cut tickets and set up the cutting room.
• Maintain sanitary, GMP-compliant work areas.
• Work in a refrigerated environment and may require overtime.
