Milam’s Markets is seeking skilled meat cutters who take pride in their craft and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will cut, trim, and prepare various meats to high standards, prepare sausages and specialty items, and assist customers with custom orders.

Qualifications

• Strong meat cutting skills and knowledge of meat cuts.
• Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move products.

Responsabilités

• Cut, trim, and prepare beef, pork, lamb, veal, and poultry to company standards.
• Prepare specialty items such as sausages and cured meats.
• Merchandise and display products to maximize freshness and appeal.
• Monitor product quality and minimize spoilage.
• Provide courteous customer service and assist with custom orders.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and Weights & Measures guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area.
• Assist Meat Cutter Trainees when assigned.
